Text of Complaint by Mohd Ali:

I have requested airtel broadband connection on 29 october and paid them 2865 for three month advace service as the agent told me that my connection will be comlpeted within one week but now almost three weeks they are not able to activate my connection so now i want my money back but they are not giving saying they will fix today everyday .
