Hello,
I have cancelled my airtel broadband connection last month via calling the airtel customer care. After raising the disconnect request I did get several calls from customer care to ask for the reason, which I explained clearly. For last month I even paid the amount as Pro rata basis.
But now they have again sent me the bill for Sep month and the connection is showing active. I am trying to call airtel customer care through 121 to get clarification but unfortunately there isn’t an option to talk directly to the customer care person. This is a very pathetic service from Airtel and they haven’t provided an online option to cancel my connection. There is no option in the Airtel thanks app also. Please revert back my billing for Sep month as my connection got disconnected last month itself.
