Hello sir/Mam

I have booked airtel broadband connection and I have made payment for 2828 rs. But now airtel executives saying that connection can not be install because there is no airtel fiber line in your society, however when executives came to me for booking the connection they informed me that airtel fiber line is already available in your society. But now they are saying that connection can not install you will receive the refund but its more than 7 bussiness days I did not received refund and airtel axecutive is not picking my call.

Kindly have my payment refund.
