We had requested for Airtel Broadband connection on 30 Dec with following details

We had requested to process the request urgently as it would impact our office work.
We had made online payment for 6 months subscription and we have not received one single call from Airtel.
The delay in processing our request has caused huge loss. We want to cancel the request and need 100% refund immediately.
