I got broadband installed a couple of days back.
It was my worst experience with Airtel broadband. First day the field engineer visited my home and he didn’t say a single word. He came and installed it and left without sharing any details on how to use it, how to reset password in case required, whom to contact in case anything is not working.
After a lot of calls and struggle, the field engineer visited again and shared basic information and didn’t answer on speed and all. He again left without sharing any information.
I observed very less speed than expected. Also I noticed intermittent connection drop. I called multiple times and got Airtel executive number and requested him to visit and fix the speed issue. He himself visited my place and said there is no issue. He placed a router from one place to another. I observed some increase in speed but connection keeps on frequently breaking.
Now this is enough and wanted my money back and connection disconnected ASAP.
