Hello Sir,
My Self Siddalingappa Masali applied for Airtel Broadband connection on 23rd of July 2020. One of representative called Satish Kumar (9902555371) came collected all the documents and payment as well. Its almost a week and nobody turned out for the connection.
Yesterday when i called to customer care, i am really shocked to hear all shit reasons like my address is near bomanhalli and even they told me that my request got canceled without any information and they didn’t reverted back my amount as well. During this COVID times its very difficult to work as my existing connection got disconnected and my kids are not able to attend online classes.
Can you please look into this issue. I am really worried if this is the case with Airtel before getting connection and i could imagine how it would be after getting connection if at all i get the connection.
