  • Hi
    I have applied for airtel broadband connection on Saturday and they gave the link to pay money and I paid the amount of 3536 bearing the lead id eCAF_0801667711 after that they said they will assign a technician for installation that’s it till today no one came and no one is answering the call I don’t know what’s happening it’s really annoying it’s been 4 days where they informed like within 48 hours they will give connection and it’s more than 96 hours no one came and apart from that No one is answering the call and if I’m calling to customer care I’m circling in ivr without account I’d or landline number I’m not able to enter into customer care I don’t know why so much complication to get a connection I’m really pissed from airtel and it’s services and it’s customer care kindly provide the solution or refund my money so that I’ll move on and never come to take your service in my lifetime such a worst experience I’m facing with airtel never expected this, expecting a resolution from you asap attaching the screenshot of payment
