I have taken a Airtel broadband connection by paying Rs 3536/- for 3 months advance on June 03 2020
I was promised to get 40 Mbps internet speed as per my location by the executive Kiran (mob: 9611514413) and I received only 24 mbps.
Technician came on the next day and given the connection at that time I came to know I am getting only 24 mbps so I called Kiran immediately, he told that once I send the landline number he will update my plan.
But still today (6th July) not responded my calls or messages. I am getting the same speed (24 Mbps)
From 3rd day I lost internet connection too. I was keep on calling both person, both didn’t responded. After a week it got resolved.
Again from last Saturday 4rd June I am not getting internet connection again, no one responding.
So I need my refund and I don’t want their service too. I will go with other services.
