I have placed my airtel broadband connection in safe custody, a feature airtel provides to keep the connection in suspended state when users are not available. But in my case advance payment message and mails were generated even after keeping the connection in safecustody.
I was not provided with support from airtel regarding this, when asked query by sending email to 121@in.airtel.com i got misleading replies and the deactivated the safe custody without any confirmation from me, they even changed the plan without my confirmation.
