Text of Complaint by Navjeet Singh Jamwal:

This is in regards to my Airtel Broadband complaint. Its been more than 22 days and my Airtel Wi fi is not working and this is hampering my office work. Airtel engineers kept coming to my house for fixation but there was no improvement in the resolution of complaint. They kept on giving me numbers of different persons to get in touch regarding my issue but no one is helping me on this issue. They are also not providing me any information of their departments or email address of their departments so that I can process further with my complaint of Wi fi. I am paying my bills each month but no I am not getting proper service. Even their engineers came to my house and changes my whole optical wire and charged me with 500Rs which was applicable as suggested by Airtel representative but still I paid so that I can do my office work properly without any hindrance but no progress even after changing the wire set up of my router. I have to escalate this case so that I will get this case resolved.
