Hi, my name is Sudarshan, 

I paid Rs. 2828 for new broadband connection with airtel, My application number is- 0801592235. It includes router and 3 months recharge.  After sometime network engineer from airtel visited my location and said there is no network coverage in my area and he said he will cancel my request and money will get refund. So with no option I agreed. After one week I got call from airtel customer executive, he give one order number saying I will get refunded my money within 7 working days and the order number is- 77483168.  It’s almost 20 days still am not get my money back. Kindly look into this issue asap.
