I have been a loyal Airtel Customer since 2014. Always paid bills on time. But this time the increased bill, that was even without any notification, has broken my trust with Airtel Family. On speaking to Airtel support on 27th May, I was given lame excuses like i have been migrated to 999 Plan so I would have to pay around 1200 Rs from now on. Sent several emails along with the screen shots of the speed that is not 200MBPS for which I was promised. I was given several promised that the problem would be addressed and someone from the escalation team call me and fix the issue. But no one called me as of now and problem still remains the same. My question is simple, If I have been migrated to 999 plan why am I not getting all the benefits that 999 plan carried, like Amazon prime. They are just befooling a loyal customer and making a fun of consumer’s right in broad day light.
