Airtel is the number one fraud company
They deducted and added amount unnecessarily as you can see the attachments.. I paid on January 2nd for December month bill..but again they asked me to pay and added due for 1647Rs…
Also they deducted datas unnecessarily even if you are not using .. monthly once they said maintenance on weekend .. now also my network under maintenance..
I realised and then went back my previous statements and then realised I paid extra payments in each transaction… you can see in attachments…
How the hell I am fool that I paid this much.. when I called customer they cut the call frequently when we raised same issues.. then I mailed to them and asked me apologies.. and will look into that.. its not might be a error.. I am sure deliberately added payments and blindly follow the app .. you can the transaction details and not there plan details and GST details..
In my apartment association most of them choosed airtel very soon will be moved if everyone aware of this…
