I am an Airtel Broadband subscriber in Bangalore. In the past 6 months, I have raised at least 10 complaints on my brodband facing frequent disconnections. Airtel has not addressed this issue, but have closed the complaints arbitrarily saying, “issue resolved”. When I tried to reach the customer care over phone, it’s never accessible and they say it’s because of “these times”. These times, we are also dependent on home wifi for work and this problem has led to a lot of mental harassment and loss of face for me and wife. I will not pay the bill for this faulty service and if the company pursue me on payment, I will consider this additional harassment.
