Text of Complaint by Tanvi shahi:

I have paid the broadband connection bill of amount Rs.2997 but still in Airtel app it is showing outstanding balance as -2997 but the fixedline broadband service didn’t resume.

We are trying to contact Airtel customer care services but no one is available to receive our complaint.
