Dear Airtel Team,
In reference to the complaint no. 10145025494 for Airtel Extreme Fiber 01145870164, I had communication with Mr. Binay Bulai and Ms Gitanjali regarding Airtel broadband bill.
As my previous month usage was zero, so raised the request for service disconnection, on next day Mr. Binay called me on my mobile no. and commit ” please do not disconnect your connection, we can hold your services till you shift to your other location. and there will be no bill generate for the month you have no usage.” so on his commitment i decide to be with Airtel services. but yesterday you sent new bill. Now today i called Airtel customer care “Gitanjali” she is saying no such commitment made by Airtel with you.
Kindly check the Call record with “Binay” for the commitment he made with me.
I am totally disagree with the Airtel Services. I want complete resolution on this issue,
