I took Airtel Prepaid broadband connection of 6 months which is from 11th July 2021 to 11th Jan 2022 and without my consent they have renewed the plan to another 6 months and when I asked them not to renew the plan since I don’t want to use further, they said that they will discontinue it but even after calling so many times to customer care and asking them to either stop the connection or change my plan to 499/- rs per month as I don’t want to use for next 6 months.
But they have not changed it to 499/- and charged me with some unknown amount which when I asked to customer care then they said that I have to pay it and they cannot do it anything in that.
Hence I want to register a complaint against Airtel for charging extra money without customer’s consent.
