Hi there,
My self syed and mobile number is (9894100080) I have mad a shift request for my broadband on 28 May and stil know the shift is not happened and also they have bundle my postpaid and internet connection without my knowledge and the account is not even in my number and know they are not ready to cancel my service also untill I paid the full payment. Why should I pay or which I have no used the service, i have called the called centre multiple time tried to arrange for a call back more than ten time but no one have called me when I check with the support team they say the case is closed as a they tried to contact and no one picked the call when no one called me if they have called me also without fixing the problem how come they closed the case is this called as customer service. Because of shifting connection not happen i have to travel office 50 km per day and I have also lost my WFH options for next 2month who will compensate for this. Worst service
