I have requested for a new Xtream Fibre broadband connection 200mbps plan 999/- on 29th April for which i have paid 3 months ARP. But as i understood I was being cheated by providing the DSL Copper connection with a poor speed of 40mbps. Due to which I had to face poor broadband connectivity and other unfavourable circumstances.
I requested to withdraw the connection on 6th May and and refund of 3 months of Rs. 3540/- which has still not been resolved till date . I have been continuously chasing on customer care and escalation team is just taking this as an added advantage.

I am facing similar issue in Pune where their services are down and no one is bothering about it.
I already paid them under advance rental plan and when I asked them to refund the amount as I wanted to cancel the service they denied to refund the amount. They said as per advanced rental plan they will not refund the amount.
Airtel is unable to provide the service properly, Internet is down from last two days. raised many complaints and call many times to their customer care, Area Team Lead and Area Manager but no one is bother to solve the issue. I have purchased their advance rental plan for 6 months which costs around 5400 on 23rd October. But now I realized it is big mistake. I was using their service from last 2.6 years but now this service is giving me problem on everyday and wanted to cancel it but they are denying the refund. Please suggest what can be done in this case.
