I have paid the full amount when I had order for the connection.. even after that Im getting bill every month. I was informed that there will be no further charges on this. I literally feel cheated, first you send me the unncessary un-defined bill and secondly there is no support provided.
Last month the portal was showing to pay 24 bucks and for this month it is asking to pay 352/- . I dont understand why is company charging me money again? I have also raised the concern last month on app. No action was taken. What is happening with my account???
Can someone look into this?
