Ever since we have installed the Airtel BB we have been on 6months advance rental plan. But for last 4 months we are been put on monthly rental plan which is expensive. This shift was done without our consent too. We have raised complaints on multiple occasions but in spite of multiple assurances nothing happens. Now we have received a disconnection notice. Please help urgently.
