Text of Complaint by Vikram Sagar:

I have been facing frequent disruptions in my broadband some extending over 72 hours. Despite several emails the company has failed to resolve the issues. It has over two weeks no resolution provided. Made advance payment of one year. Facing harrasment from customer care as well. Please help.
