In month of March I buy a new broadband connection so I check for airtel they said that if you take plan of 999 and deposite 1000 rs your ist month bill will be free and only gst amount you have to pay and installation charges are free in 999 plan so I take it but they have generated the bill 1156 rs and they adjusted my 1000 rs .I tried to talk to the agent who provided me the connection.but now they are refusing that we have not make any promises.first they make fool of customers by giving offers and then refuses.please help now they have disconnect my connection and I have pay the bill because I have no other opstion
