I have taken a new Airtel broadband connection(Connection/Broadband id: 0271712928184_dsl, Landline id: 02717450708, Airtel Black combo plan) on 29/10/22 for resident at Iscon flower ,Ghuma in Ahmedabad district of Gujrat and on the very first day itself the engineer set up the connection and the connection continued upto 30 mins and after that till now I am unable use the connection as the set up was not given properly. Here I want to mention the worst part is that no support I am getting from the service provider nor the local representative of Airtel. Every time I raised the ticket but still no response. They are assigning the engineer but the concerned person did not respond . From last two days apart from non working date I am trying to contact the customer care and the local representative , there also the I am getting no support. I want the Consumer court should look into this matter.
