I’ve logged a complaint for Airtel disconnection on 23rd May.
Also since then I’ve been following up continuously and my disconnection request isn’t worked upon.
Yet I’m billed even after not using Airtel broadband services.
Also I’ve already informed them in the service calls that I’ve not used Airtel broadband since last quarter of 2021.
Requested then to stop generating bills and help me in disconnection. But no actions were taken.
Even though I’ve raised the disconnection request it’s not worked upon and everytime I ask for update I’ve been just told team is working on it.
This is really frustrating to keep pleading to Airtel customer care executives that I don’t need broadband connection.
