I took a broadband connection last month and I paid 3004.One of the fellows his number 9177966042 i contacted because i know the person previousy. He said the amount was Rs3004 I made a payment of Rs3004 on 25th June last week. Before making payment I clearly mentioned that I need the connection before 10:00PMthey said ok and they gave assurance that it will complete before 8:00 PM. After 8 PM I called n number of times after the 15th time he answer my call and he said sir today is not possible to give a connection. I understand the problem and I said have to give a connection before 1 pm on next day. He said ok because harry on Sunday I have some personal work if I didn’t go I lose Rs10000. They said no sir we give a connection before 1 Pm I took I told them if I did not give a connection before1pm I can cancel the connection and have to give the money back. I took leave of office and I waited and I called several times but did not answer the call. After 1 pm he came to my office and they requested but on the same day morning, i took JIO broadband connection. So i canceled the connection and give the money back . From 25th till now amount not credited to my account and I shared the . If I called this number ABDUL KHADAR 9908011382. this fellow is the head of Kurnool airtel broadband and this fellow not responding and is irritating because i called my number he places in blocklist 9177966042 also placed in the block list. I want which i loss Rs10000 due to this fellows doing to me i want my money back
