I had requested a shift connection on the 8 of June but no one has showed up till now and every time I call customer care, only reply I get is that the issue is escalated and treated on high priority but it’s not, I’m very disappointed in Airtel, you claim that you’re the best network but it’s the worst service and the only thing that happens on time is billing, it comes on time but when it comes to service, no response at all
