Myself Parag Patil, Airtel customer number- 3044329021-001 As we shifted to new place I enquired about Airtel fiber internet and called the service number. They informed to pay 2009 Rs and in 4-5 Hr we ll get the service. Before payment they took the address of our residence.
After a day they informed that airtel fiber is not available in the area. And it ll get auto canceled. But same day a person came and fixed a dish of airtel. We asked if it’s required internet? He said no. And he installed DTH. We had to pay separately and buy a OTT. No refund of broadband and within 9days the tV service stoped saying we need to again recharge. It’s a complete fraud. Just to get customers. We never asked for any DTH… WE WANTED OTT.
Airtel helpline said OTT DISH IS NON REFUNDABLE.
