This is totally unfair. I was out of town for 3 months and I had applied for safe custody also I told airtel executive to raise my concern but nothing happened and now they are asking me to pay the bill. Seriously??? Do you entertain your customers like this?
Now when I am back in town and I really need internet connection but can’t use it because they want me to pay the bill.
Please solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise I will take strict actions again it.
