- On 16 of July, I had consulted airtel for the broadband connection. One of the Executive Karthikan asked me to send location. He checked and said the fiber is available. And I took 799 plan for 3 months which costed 2828. I payed it through to airtel through the link he sent. The next day other person contacted and said that 100mbps is not available in your area only 16mbps we can provide. I asked to cancel. But my amount is not refunded.
