I have taken airtel braodband service on 17december 2020 and paid 1768 rs. but during installation they told that it is not feasible to provide 40mbps speed which i have selected. So i asked them to cancel and called up the shop to cancel my request and refund. They told it will be refunded within month. But till date the amount is not refunded.
