Text of Complaint by SACHIN DHIMAN:

Dear Sir,
This is a serious concern in regards with Airtel broadband connection at Shimla.
Location: Shimla- Himachal Pradesh
Landline number: 01774000128 in the name of Anjana Anjana.
DSL number: 017746122868_dsl
Registered mobile number: 7838826349
When my broadband connection was about to out of recharge i tried getting it recharged by Airtel thanks app, every time i tried transection failed. From yesterday evening, Broadband internet was disconnected by Airtel.
I can assure i tried many options to get it recharged, using
  1. Airtel Thanks App.
    All options in airtel thanks app are not working, may it be via paytm/amazon pay, all of transections by any credit card/debit card are getting failed, it is not even supporting Net banking and UPI mode of payment.
  2.  Website: airtel.in
    Payment option is restricted to net banking only (no cards no wallets option), that too few non streaming banks only. None of major banks like Icici bank, Axis bank or sbi are listed. Unable to pay since, i don’t have accounts in few provided banks. .
  3. Airtel Store
    Found few of nearby airtel stores, unfortunately got closed (at 7 pm) by the time i reached store. Sunday for them was off and i got to suffer for another day.

    Looked for help on all possible modes

    1. Local contacts of Airtel service providers, none of them were able to help they only want to wait till Monday since, airtel stores are the only option to make payment, and they are going to be operating on monday only.
    2. Airtel customer care 121. first issue is when we call 121 from other mobile operator (i dont use airtel sim) it will start connecting to their offers. i used others airtel mobile for a complaint and got this registered. even after assurance from airtel customer care no one helped till now.
    3. Twitter, many tweets were tweeted, got some replies and calls with an acceptance of airtel’s mistake, none of them actually was able to help.

    The main reason why i tried all possible modes seeking help (including this email) i work from sunday to thursday, this issue till now has already been a loss for me, as unfortunately i had to apply leave for today(sunday), I got some scoldings from my line managers and main reason for all this is AIRTEL. I even tried that Airtel provide me internet and ‘ll make payment when this issue is resolved.

    UNFORTUNATELY NO ONE IN WHOLE OF AIRTEL WAS ABLE TO HELP.

I hope this email will be taken up seriously, and i’d get a solution soon.
