Text of Complaint by Rishi Bhojnagarwala:

Issue 1 – I have tried to change the plan from the app and does not get changed and I still receive bill of the old plan.
Issue 2 – Now I wish to pause my services and even that option is not working on your app OR your IVR
There is no way to contact airtel. They are ignoring my requests clearly because I intend to either pause OR reduce the plan value
