Airtel customer service is worst.
Since 10 days my internet service is not working at all. There is no any kind of billing issues.
Customer care people daily raise a complaint ticket, and say it will resolved in 24 working hours. After 10 days, their answer is same. Then I approach, nodal and appellate. but not work any resources.
So conclusion is, Airtel broadband has no issue, but when any problem come, then resolution time is indefinite or never.
