I had purchased broadband Plan of rs 2828 for 3 months and paid whole amount. I had paid amount 1st july 2020 and told saled person that on 6th july please send engineer for installation. But engineer did not come on that day. I had call sales person but he said that he will come in 1 or 2 days. But till now engineer had not came. Also I had Started taking follow up for salesperson on tuesday, he said they will send in 1 or 2 days. But till now no respond. Again called Wednesday than from sales person didn’t pick up my call. On Thursday I went to Airtel store for complain so they have checked from their side and they have said that they have forwarded mail to their supervisor and they will call me within 48 hours but after 48 hours no response and I am fed up with their service. Please take strict action against airtel
