Hi, I recently called Airtel service on April 03rd to get Broadband service and they promised that they will be installing within 3 to 4 days.
However it is almost 11 days now and haven’t got any information after making the payment. No one responds to the call and the manager that I spoke says every day same story that they will install today…
If they can not do it, they should not give false promises and mislead the customers. I could have got service with other provider with better customer service.
Thus is not the right practice to deal new customers after taking the payment as if Airtel dont have money. Because of this my job is at high risk and still no resolution from you.
I need to get the installation asap or cancel the service and get the refund. Thank you so much for your help
