Few months back also i faced same problem i have all evidence they paid after 1.5 months later- as this second time i need justice they are wasting valuable time and money.
Received SMS message says airtel broadband is available at my location , Harsha from airtel person for new broadband connection he called me and visited my place Vasanthpura Bangalore .
And after , i got call from customer care that feasibility is there in my area and i was happy to take connection from airtel.
i got call from person called Harsha (M: 8867651049), he visited my place collected all documents photo, PAN. Before submitting documents i had asked him multiple times and he promised me 200mbps speed you will get.999/month plan
So airtel person harsha filled all form in front of me and received onlink and paid amout 3536 , i was happy i did online payment as advance for 3 months via online as per his request.( i have evidence screen shot and sms and watsup messages)
After i did online payment Harsha promised me of connection next day, i waited for three days after that technician called and saying DP is full .
I called customer care number many times and asked them to cancel connection and re-fund immediately. Every time they raise request and close sr number 127906270.re-fund not initiated no transparency – it looks like airtel is cheating money from customer and investing some ware
No broadband connection from 16th Feb 2021 till date – Please take immediate action on them and get refund of my payment.
