Sir/Madam,
I have asked for Airtel One Connection for my existing Broadband, DTH and Mobile. Airtel has given me a new connection for broad band and told airtel will cancel my existing broadband connection. And during that i was not having any outstanding amount pending on my airtel braod band. But suprisingly i got 2 bill one for my connection and one for my old connection. Though my old connection was removed. I have contacted airtel customer many times they said pay only the new connection and old connection not required.
But i was getting continuos call to pay my old outstanding amount though i have given proper request for cancellation.
One day one executive has called we will waiver the amount to Rs.1000 and you pay this we will do the cancellation for old connection and you will not have have any problem So i paid the amount of Rs.1000 and till now the cancellation has not been done. And the number are out of service. They are cheating customers by using their technology by calling and once they do the cheating they go out of service.
