Hi,
I have cancelled my Airtel Broad Band Connection due to bad service before the time line and I should get refunded 837 rupees. I have called several times to customer support and every time getting incorrect answers to my queries on refund status. Sometimes they put me on hold for hours and disconnect my call after that.
