I am staying in Chittoor Andhrapradesh and i do work from home i opted for Airtel due to trust in their brand name and was using around an year (08572402237)were i used to have problems frequently and get used to resolve at least a day or two, recently i had a glitches in the network so reached out the team saying about my dis connectivity and lodged a compliant in the Airtel thanks App it was working for couple of hours later started facing the issues i have been keenly following with the Airtel local technician he suggested to raise DP shift connection even that was done on the same day now the and multiple mails to Airtel customer support and in the calls they used to put me in the hold for more than half an our later even it will be disconnected all this process is happening from last 2 weeks and the way the technician and his manager Lakshman speaks very rude .
