Hi I am Tejasvi, i am residing at Jayanagar 2nd Block, Bangalore.
I have paid for Airtel Broadband Connection and as per the commitment done by the Airtel Team, installation was suppose to be done within 48hrs, it’s been more den 144hrs(6 days) now, and I have not got any update reg the installation.

I completely understand the current situation of COVID19 and due to that it might have got delayed but the same has to be informed to the customer by your team, I am keep on following up with the executive who came to collect the documents and payment, but the reply I get is its in process will be activated today everytime when I call him, before I make the payment I have clearly mentioned the executive that I need the connection ASAP or else I will opt for some other broadband network. He assured me tat within 48 hours the installation will be done.

Really very disappointed by the services provided by Airtel, even I work for a Hospitality industry and do I know how the customers has to be treated and if anyone comes up with an issue, we rectify the same then and there, we don’t avoid calls or give false commitments to the customers, even if something is getting delayed we inform our customers the status of it so that there won’t be any problem or issue from our our side.

This is not the professional way of working, and I am not blaming the executive who collected the documents and payment from me, he did his work, next level people are very careless about there work, they dint even bother to give a call and inform why there was a delay in the installation, it was all about a simple call update regarding the installation, Before collecting money they wag their tails in front of the customer like a puppy, later when asked they run away or bark at the customer.

The Manager should be proper first and have the complete update and later he has to update his staffs regarding the network feasibility at the location where the customer resides, then the amount has to be collected from the customer, its not like after paying the money and after 6 days of follow up the customer gets a surprise that there is no network feasibility at the location, when questioned the manager replies your amount will be refunded within 7 working days, as if he is paying the amount from his pocket he shows the attitude.

Pathetic and worst Service, will never recommend Airtel Services to anyone, just because of one or two lazy buggers the whole Airtel connection is been blamed.
