I have booked airtel broad band connection (airtel booking ID eCAF 0441410127)on 15.05.2020. On the same day Airtel broadband connection official called me for my ID and address proof and 3 months advance rent Rs.2828/-. I have given my id and address proof and paid Rs.2828/- on the same day. After two days no person called me for fixing airtel broad band connection at my house. I called the airtel officials after two days, he told that DP box full in my area and no futher new connection available. Before accepting my new connection payment airtel official not checked whether new connection available in my area. Already 16 days over my amount not refunded and I request you interven, pl provide airtel broad band connection or refund my amount
