I have a Aitel prepaid connection with life time validity but now Airtel has mafe my validity to one month expiring dec – 2018 and forcing to pay INR 23 every month for validity only which should amount to violation of my consumer rights. What legal action , I can take againest them .
Million of subscriber are being looted , can I file a PIL ?
