Dear Authorities,

I have been facing problems with the airtel 5G fibre network since last Thursday and also I am not able to connect with the VPN network (openVPN and sonicwall VPN). This has been affecting my work and I have not been able to work for the last 4 days. Can I know who is responsible for my time and work loss ?

This is ridiculous and completely irresponsible behavior. No respect for people’s work.How are we supposed to work with such an irresponsible network provider. If my problem is not resolved soon, I guess I would be escalating this issue further, so that other people would get aware of this irresponsible behavior and not become the victim of airtel.

Hoping this will be solved early enough without wasting further people’s time.
