I am writing to formally complain about the consistently poor service provided by Airtel Broadband in Mumbai. Since May 13th, 2024, my broadband connection has been non-functional. Despite raising a complaint and being assigned a technician, the issue remains unresolved. My ticket id is 10436004957
The assigned technician has repeatedly rescheduled appointments without valid reasons, exacerbating the inconvenience. Despite multiple calls to customer care, the responses have been generic and unhelpful, with no tangible progress made.
I request prompt intervention from the Consumer Court to address this matter and seek compensation for the inconvenience caused.
