On airtel books app, the subscribing page shows plan of Rs 199 for 12 months and 129 for 6 months. No where it is written that you have to pay 199 every month. I subscribed for 12 months to read “Airtel Books readers club books for free”. They have deducted 199 on 25th september also. Thus they are making a fool of their customers by providing wrong information. Also I am unable to open the books for free.
Now they have given only one mail id for complaint and when I am sending them mail it shows “Recipient Mail box is full”
They have charged me wrongly also and are not giving the service for the product
