- I checked for airtel internet services for home and registered online request for connection.
- I got call the next day from customer care and I discussed on available plans and accepted the same.
- An executive visited and did initial formalities asked pin code of area 560061 (Gowdanpalya).
- He sent a payment link and the payment of 2828 INR was done against link and offer.
- I didn’t get any technical team for connection at my place post to that. Then I got to know from technical team that there is no feasibility to install connection. Without even checking feasibility they made formalities and asked us to pay money which was paid.
Till now there is response on refund of the same. Executives who visited are not answering calls. It’s just like snatching money from customers and not returning the same. 8
