Dear Airtel Company,
This is to inform you that I have brought new Airtel Xstream for my home on dated : 23 November 2023 with payment of INR 1501.18 and Installation charges taken INR 500 by Mr. Khan Mobile number – 9898574025 at D 1001 , Sun Southwind’s, South Bopal, Ahmedabad , Pin code 380058.
Since, the day of installation the Modem is not working and keep following up with Mr. Khan & Mr.Nilesh 9723108287 and 989857025, they ask extra money from me to change the Modem, your team even not provided new Modem at the time of installation , they have install old modem and due to this the Internet is not working since the day one and 100 % I have follow up with customer support team121 for the resolution and provide all the details for fake and fording with the customers but your customer support team also not support me and your billing team generate the bill every month and follow up for payment continuously.
Finally, ‘ I have cleared all the outstanding till date , if your team does not change the modemI will discontinue the Airtel XStream immediately and STOP using the AIRTEL service.
This is worst SERVICE PROVIDE BY THE AIRTEL , I think you people are ford with the Customers
Not at all HAPPY with Airtel.
Requested to you refund my all the money.
