Hi I am tired of Airtel customer care since 4 days they are lying to me. I requested to remove airtel black plan but they are not removing. They are acting like a mafia. I totally tortured from Airtel. I need to switch plan , but I cant switch because they are not removing my postpaid number form airtel black. Even I requested to close broadband connection, they didn’t close, even they didn’t register my complain. i have all recordings and emails, if somebody can help me.
I really don’t know how to get rid of this mafia in white dress. Please somebody help me from Airtel.
