Hi, i asked to close my Airtel Black connection on 29-Jan-2022. I paid relevant charges and thought closed. After February, they generating bill for broadband for Feb on 22March 2022. I called and argued , I paid and closed the broadband. Now again intelligently asking to Pay for March.
I asked to close and settle on 22-March-2022, then why and how they generated bill. What kind of harassment it is. If one request is required for black plan and the why dont one request is not sufficient to deactivate. Why this postpaid connection rules are like stupid. After disconnection l, how can they generate bill. Is there no one raise complaint.
